Shipping policy

No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay. All import duties, tariffs and import taxes are prepaid by Felani, so you never pay anything extra on delivery – no customs charges, no surprise fees from the courier.

Free shipping. Shipping is free to every country we deliver to. The only exception is the United States, where a flat shipping fee of USD 10.00 applies per order – shown at checkout before you pay. Duties and tariffs for US orders are also prepaid.

Made to order. Every Felani watch is assembled by hand after you order. Delivery takes 2–4 weeks from the date of your order. This lead time applies to all orders, even if an item is shown as "In stock".

Tracking. When your watch ships, we send you an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. You can also follow your order on our Track your order page.
